We had lovely 3 days here, would recomand. Pleasant hotel, breakfast was large, stunning location within walking distance of everything.
Though everything was good, some of the staff were not very friendly.

Clean cheap hotel with amazingly efficient and outstandingly accommodating staff. Airy, decent sized room with refreshments, fluffy towels, bathroom toiletries! Marvellous magnificent location, close to rail station. Also - really close to the beaches and main pubs and restaurants, and the center of St Ives.

We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint hotel and did not want to leave, would recomand. The breakfast with continental option and fresh fruits, for example was large and the people were genuinely friendly and amiable there. The location was fantastic and wonderful for traveling around St Ives, right by main pubs and restaurants, the center of St Ives and the shops, harbour and beaches.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Had a very pleasant experience staying at the double room. We liked the spotless bathroom. The location was exceptional in center of old town, very close to a parish church. Moreover, it's very close to centre of town, and St Ives.

Booked double room with central heating, an iron and television. The staff was superfriendly, pleasant, nothing too much trouble. The location of the hotel was brilliant - not very far from St John.
